Beginning Saturday, February 19, 2011, Self-Service Banner will have a new look in terms of page colors and presentation and there is additional functionality, such as bread crumbs. The changes will result in improved aesthetics and should provide a richer, more user-friendly experience. In short, Self-Service may look different, but it will still function as before (i.e. the clicks are still the same).
